New Service Annoucement
LuckyDuck Bridal Bootcamp
Monday, February 8, 2010 - Montreal "We are excited to be offering new and useful products and services for our clients", Jonathan Roll said in a recent phone interview. "In an effort to become an exceptional wedding planning and resource to our clients we have decided to offer a truly unique service, fitness training and body sculpting in what we call 'LuckyDuck Bridal Bootcamp'. At the same time we recognize that many of our brides need to be educated on the merits of nutrition and eating habits, so we have married the two components together in an effort to give our clients the very best service and take their health and looks into heart."
"The whole idea of helping our clients with their fitness and nutrition came out of the fact that many brides have joked about how they want to look, or expressed concerns about their arms or not fitting into their wedding dresses as their big day nears. So we decided the best thing to do was to offer the help we know they need!", says Mia (mia@luckyduckelegance.com), Elegance by LuckyDuck's wedding planner & organizer. Nutrition & fitness training are areas that are not always understood and require expertise to help get through a program and LuckyDuck has decided to recruit two new ducks to help out. As part of the Bridal Bootcamp, we will be putting our brides and their wedding parties through a fitness and nutritional assesment to ascertain where they require the most amount of help.
Nutritional guidelines will be discussed with Caryn Roll (caryn@luckyduckelegance.com). She has an extensive background with years of working and consulting as a nutritionist. Caryn is quick to admit that nutrition is something that many people do not realize plays such a huge part of weight management and overall health. Her goal is to make sure that our brides will be feeling their best come their wedding day. She will go through an assement and create eating plans that work with her clients current eating habits and hopefully begin to reprogram how people look at what they eat.
Fitness and exercise instruction will be provided by Andy Morin (andy@luckyduckelegance.com), a leader in exercise biomechanics. Andy works with the Sports Performance Centre located at Victoria Park in Westmount. "The idea here to get realistic goals established and build in a workout routine into their schedules. The hardest thing is to get people to get into the habit of training, so we try to make the transition from stagnant to workout a smooth one. That way, the clients will feel motivated to look and feel their best on their wedding day!", explains Andy.
